Roger Herman, CSP, CMC is founder & CEO of a regional training and management consulting firm specializing in corporate culture change and organizational development. He was a Counter Intelligence Special Agent during the Vietnam era and is a Certified Management Consultant. Roger has authored “The Process of Excelling: The Practical How-To Guide for Managers and Supervisors,” also “Keeping Good People: Strategies for Solving the Dilemma of the Decade” and his recent book, “Turbulence: Challenges and Opportunities in the World of Work.
